How it works
For Organisers
Create your event, sell tickets, and get paid. Everything in one place.
Create your event
Add your event details, cover image, ticket types, and prices. Choose between free and paid events. Set sales windows if you want tickets to go on sale at a specific time.
Choose your payout plan
Pick how fast you want to get paid. Low Fee (4.9%, 30 days after the event), Balanced (6.9%, 7 days after), or Fast Cash (9.9%, 1 day after). You choose what works for your cash flow.
Publish and share
Submit your event for approval. Once approved, your event gets its own public page. Share the link anywhere — social media, group chats, flyers. Buyers can purchase without creating an account.
Enable referrals
Turn your audience into your sales team. Enable referral commissions and let fans earn money by sharing your event. Set the commission as a percentage or fixed amount per ticket.
Scan at the door
Open the QR scanner on your phone. Scan tickets at the door — you see real-time stats of how many people checked in vs total tickets sold. No extra hardware needed.
Get paid
Add your bank details in your profile. After the event, your payout is processed according to your chosen plan. You can track everything — gross revenue, platform fee, and your net payout — in the Orders section.

Share events you love and earn money for every ticket sold through your link.
Find an event
Browse events on Bileto or click a link someone shared with you. If the event has referrals enabled, you can earn commissions.
Generate your referral link
Click “Share & earn” on any event page. You get a unique tracked link. Every sale through your link is attributed to you automatically.
Share it everywhere
Post it on your Instagram story, send it to your group chat, put it in your bio. The more people buy through your link, the more you earn.
Track and earn
See your clicks, sales, and commissions in your referral dashboard. You earn a commission on every valid sale — set by the organiser as a percentage or fixed amount per ticket.
